DVLP Sports Tech LLC ("DVLP", "we", "us") runs dvlp.app and the DVLP app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: team@dvlp.app.

What we collect

When you take the quiz

  • Your first name, age, height, gender and position
  • Your answers about your game (goal and skill ratings) and the results we build from them (your player card and training plan)
  • An email address: yours, or a parent's or guardian's if you are under 13

When you join the waitlist without the quiz

  • Your email address

Automatically

  • Which ad or link brought you to us (for example utm tags, fbclid, ttclid)
  • Basic technical data our website host collects, such as browser type and pages visited
  • Your quiz progress is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. It stays on your device.

How we use it

  • To build your player card and training plan and email them to you
  • To send updates about the DVLP app launch and new drills
  • To understand which ads and links bring people to DVLP
  • To improve the quiz, the plans and the app

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run DVLP:

  • Google Workspace, which stores quiz results and the email list and sends our emails
  • Squarespace, which hosts dvlp.app
  • Google Fonts, which loads the fonts on our pages

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Children under 13

Kids of any age can take the quiz. Players under 13 are asked for a parent's or guardian's email instead of their own, and we send the card, plan and updates to the parent. We collect only what the quiz needs to build the plan.

Parents and guardians can at any time:

  • See the information we have about their child
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Stop us from collecting more

Email team@dvlp.app and we will respond within 30 days. If we learn we collected a child's information without a parent's involvement, we delete it.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it
  • Access or delete your information by emailing team@dvlp.app

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list or using DVLP. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Big changes will also be emailed to the people on our list.
