Terms of Use

These terms cover dvlp.app, the DVLP quiz, training plans and emails, and the DVLP app (together, "DVLP"), run by DVLP Sports Tech LLC ("DVLP", "we", "us"). By using DVLP you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review them with you.

Training safety

  • Basketball training is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk.
  • DVLP plans and drills are general training content, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting any training program, especially if you have an injury or health condition.
  • Players under 18 should train with a parent's or guardian's permission, and with adult supervision where appropriate.
  • Train in a safe space, warm up, and stop if you feel pain.

Your use of DVLP

  • Give accurate information in the quiz so your plan fits you.
  • Don't misuse DVLP: no hacking, scraping, spamming or interfering with the site or app.
  • Plans and emails are for your personal training. Don't resell them.

Our content

The DVLP name, logo, characters, quiz, player cards, training plans, drill videos and site design belong to DVLP Sports Tech LLC. You may not copy or redistribute them without our permission.

Emails

By giving us an email (yours, or a parent's or guardian's for players under 13), you agree to receive your results, your training plan and DVLP launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.

The DVLP app

The app is not launched yet. Early-access and launch timing may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee any feature, price or launch date.

No warranties

DVLP is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that any training plan will produce specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DVLP Sports Tech LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of DVLP or from doing any drill or plan, and our total liability to you will not exceed $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date above. Continuing to use DVLP means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
